Hi! I'm Belinda,
a flamenco dancer living in Perth, Australia. I've been performing and dancing flamenco for more than 35 years
And now.. I'm YOUR flamenco dance coach!

How this course works
There are 8 lessons in total, each teaching you one section of the dance at a time
The flow of each lesson is
- first we learn the step
- next we practice it with solo compรกs (rhythm track)
- then we put it with the music
By the end of the course
- as well as learning how to dance some basic flamenco steps
- you will also have a dance ๐๐ผ
How this course works for you
Along with learning flamenco steps, you'll be understanding how each section of the dance fits with the music
Flamenco is a 'conversation' between the singer, dancer and guitarist
Which is why its important to understand the cante (the singing), so we know how to respond with our dancing
This is what sets flamenco apart from all other dance styles
Making flamenco UNIQUE. And DEEP. And CHALLENGING.
And INTRIGUING
Which is probably what drew you to flamenco in the first place!
